IRC-Netz SceneP2P

Das IRC-Netz SceneP2P wurde im Oktober 2013 auf netsplit.de registriert. Seitdem werden von unserem IRC-Crawler regelmäßig Verbindungen zum IRC-Netz SceneP2P aufgebaut, um dessen Leistungskennzahlen, wie z.B. die Anzahl der Benutzer und Chaträume (IRC-Kanäle), zu ermitteln. Bei dieser Gelegenheit wird von den IRC-Servern auch jeweils eine Liste der sichtbaren (nicht privaten) Chaträume angefordert.

Während der letzten Verbindungen wurden durchschnittlich 1090 Benutzer und 69 Chaträume von den IRC-Servern gemeldet. Über das folgende Menü erhältst du weitere Informationen zum IRC-Netz SceneP2P.

- WELCOME TO THE SCNEP2P IRC NETWORK.

- ALL USERS SHOULD BE CONNECTING TO THE NETWORK WITH SSL/TLS ENABLED ON PORT 6697 or 9999.

- Upon connecting to SceneP2P, you give give us permission to check your host/IP/domain
- for security verification purposes. This is achieved via identd/auth/dnsbl lookups,
- also including but not limited to the checking of open ports and unsecured proxies.
- Unsecured proxies and tor clients are not allowed and will be banned.

- All users are encourged to register their nick with nickserv. ( /nickserv help REGISTER )
- To keep the nickname from expiring, it is a requirement to identify to the nickname at least once every 60 days.

- SceneP2P supports SASL Auth, either by External TLS CERT or Plain. SASL auths you with nickserv as you connect,
- before you are visible to the network. This will make you a trusted user.
- As a trusted user you will be exempt from connection throttling, identd/auth/dnsbl lookups and other restrictions.

- ALL USERS SHOULD BE USING SASL TO AUTH WITH NICKSERV.

- SceneP2P is powered by UnrealIRCD and supports newer ircv3 features ( https://ircv3.net/ ).
- This is not compatible with a lot of older clients especially mIRC. You will have errors
- resulting in disconnects. All users should make sure they are using up to date clients.
- All mIRC users should only be using v7.64 or higher.

- Harassment of users' is not tolerated on the SceneP2P IRC Network and a zero tolerance approach will be enforced.

- Flooding, spamming and/or advertising/posting personal information, unsolicited web sites, images, text,
- or using services to send mass invite or notices including the misuse of CTCP commands will not be tolerated.

- Connecting more than three (3) concurrent connections per host/IP/domain to any server is not allowed.
- If you wish to connect more than three (3) concurrent connections, please join #help

- Any user found to circumvent network bans by using a VPN/BNC/shell/proxy etc. or cycling their WAN IP will be treated as hostile.

- IRC may not be suitable for persons under the age of majority within your respective countries origin.
- It is recommended by SceneP2P administration that parents please supervise their childs' IRC session.

- Be advised SceneP2P administrators reserve the right to sever and/or deny a users' connection with or without prior warning.
