4. Channels are entitled to pick their own rules providing they do not violate
these rules. Teranova staff will not intervene with channel disputes except
to enforce network rules.

5. Access to Teranova is a privilege not a right. Teranova staff reserve the
right to revoke your access to the network for violations of the these rules
or for any other reason. If you are encountering problems with a user who is
breaking these rules visit #teranova to speak to Teranova staff.
