| This is LibreIRC, a small Internet Relay Chat network for ethical and
technical discussions related to projects of Andrew Yu.
This server, irc.andrewyu.org, is the root server of this network,
running InspIRCd version 3 with Atheme Services, PyLink, and custom
services packages written by Test_User and Andrew. This server is
located in Germany.
